The gap between your apps and your decisions

Merchants do not fail for lack of software. They struggle because loyalty, inventory, and channel reality rarely show up in one operational picture.

  • Too many apps, not enough answers

Loyalty in one tab, stock in another, email somewhere else. Owners still ask: is the program working, and what should we do this week?

  • Web-only tools ignore the store

Many merchant tools assume pure DTC. If you sell at a counter, popup, or second location, channel-blind software creates blind spots.

  • AI that writes, but does not decide

Storefront AI is strong at product copy and admin shortcuts. It rarely ranks operational actions across loyalty and inventory health.

Built for how merchants actually sell

Start where your stack is strongest. Expand when your channels do. Pick the path that matches your business — each solution page goes deeper on pains, fit, and next steps.

One catalog and loyalty story across web and store — products tagged by channel.

Three pillars. One system.

Not a full POS or storefront clone — focused tools so loyalty, inventory, and decisions stay connected. Each pillar has its own product page with outcomes, workflows, and FAQs.

  • Loyalty that owners can run

Points and members matter — but so does knowing whether the program is working. Earn rates, dead members, and channel gaps in one view.

  • Inventory growth, not just counts

See which SKUs climb, stall, or risk stockouts. Compare growth against industry context when you expand categories or channels.

  • AI that turns data into actions

Structured insights and prioritized next steps for owners and managers — not another generic copywriter competing with your storefront AI.

How it works

Simple loop: understand the business, prioritize actions, grow where you already sell.

  1. 1

    See the whole business

Dashboard snapshot of loyalty, catalog channels, and inventory trends — online, offline, or both.

  2. 2

    Act on what matters

AI analysis surfaces insights and ranked actions so managers know what to fix today.

  3. 3

    Grow where you sell

Start Shopify-first when you are ready to connect live data. Built for merchants who also sell in person.

Owner and manager ready from day one

Retail teams are small. Software should respect that: clear ownership without enterprise role sprawl.

  • Owners

Strategy, billing, and whether loyalty and inventory growth justify the spend. High-level health without living in spreadsheets.

  • Managers

Day-to-day catalog updates, member activity, and prioritized actions so the floor and the web stay aligned.

Owners set strategy; managers execute day-to-day — AI surfaces actions for both.

What MSS is

  • Channel-aware (online, offline, or both)
  • AI structured for merchant decisions and next actions
  • Shopify-first path when you are ready to connect

What MSS is not

  • A full POS or checkout replacement
  • An email/SMS marketing suite (integrate later, do not rebuild)
  • Generic AI for product descriptions alone
  • Enterprise ERP — we stay focused for growing merchants

Frequently asked questions

Is this a Shopify app only?
Shopify is our first go-to-market and primary integration path. The product is designed for merchants who sell online, offline, or both — so omnichannel and offline-first brands are first-class segments, not afterthoughts.
Do you replace my loyalty or email app?
Not the goal today. We focus on program health, inventory trends, and AI actions for owners and managers. Keep best-of-breed email or shopper-facing rewards if they already work; MSS aims to be the insight layer that ties the story together.
Is the product live with real data?
The app is a working UI shell with demo data so you can evaluate workflows. Auth, Shopify connect, persistence, and live AI are on the roadmap. Pricing will bill through Stripe when we charge.
Who is Merchant Support Systems for?
Small to mid-size merchants and retail brands — especially Shopify sellers, Shopify + POS retailers, and offline businesses adding ecommerce — where an owner and manager need a shared operational picture.
